Gibts einen Trick bei einer Note die sagen wir mal über 8 steps geht im 5ten step per parameterlock den Filter zu öffnen ..
bei mir geht das nicht .. wenn ich den 5ten step gedrückt halte und den Filter öffne gilt das für den kompletten step.
Gut man könnte das mit ner gemuteten Note tricksen. Kuhler wäre es aber doch pro step parameter zu verändern und nicht pro note.

Hallo ,ich habe mal mit der Deluge internen Klangerzeugung ein paar Sounds gebastelt. Keine Samples oder Wavetables.
Ein paar FM sounds sind auch dabei.

Ich hatte mal irgendwo gelesen, dass der Aufdruck der ShortCuts auf dem Magnet-Overlay besser lesbar wäre als auf dem Gerät selbst. Kann das hier zufällig jemand bestätigen?

Nun, ich habe gestern auch zugeschlagen. Allerdings gebraucht gekauft - innerhalb Deutschland. 900 Euronen ohne Versand oder EUSt, gar kein schlechter Deal. Laut eBay einer der beiden weltweit gebraucht verkauften Deluges (jedenfalls über eBay). Vielleicht ist der ehemalige Besitzer ja hier

Freue mich drauf und werde versuchen meine Erfahrung damit auch mal hier zu berichten. Von den (p)reviews und features sieht es soweit aus wie ein match made in heaven

Bugs fixed in this build are:
-- Audio could crackle in recordings made on the Deluge
-- Tracks could launch slightly out of sync in songs using swing
-- Tempo-synced delay would drift slightly out of time
-- When changing root note, the newly selected one wouldn't be visible until you scrolled
-- Sounds within kits were not saving properly in some cases
-- Problem with notes getting "stuck on" in monosynths using one-shot samples
-- LEDs could behave strangely when a large number of sounds within a kit were all controlled with the same MIDI CC
Since this build is bugfix-only, we expect to be able to release it in a few days' time.
And don't worry, we're still working away on our next new-feature firmware, which will include probability and more - we'll be getting that into beta as quickly as we can after this release. We just thought that getting these bugfixes out ASAP should be a top priority.

Hallo, ich hatte ja einen kaputten Encoder an meinem Deluge. Die Jungs haben das auf ihre Kappe genommen und einen Reperatur Service in Deutschland gesucht. Das hat natürlich etwas gedauert. Letzte Woche habe ich das Gerät dann verschickt an http://www.xtended.de/
Am Mittwoch also 6 Tage später mit Wochenende dazwischen kam er dann ordentlich Repariert zu mir zurück.
Alles bestens also. Auch wenn man Mal ein Problem hat wird einem geholfen. Das nenne ich mal Support.

Deluge firmware V1.4.0-beta Version 1
Thank you everyone for waiting so patiently, the new Deluge beta firmware is finally here! New features are:
-- Note probability and iteration dependence (e.g. "play on the 3rd of every 4 track iterations")
-- Copy / paste current track-screen view
-- Track solo mode
-- Multiple tracks may send to the same MIDI output channel
-- File browser scrolls long filenames left and right so you can read them, and now orders files alphabetically
-- "Undo" now works in song view for note recording and parameters / automation
-- Fixed problem where DC offset could build up in delay, leading the sound to "fuzz out"
** Note probability / iteration dependence**
Hold a note and turn the select knob to set a % probability (anticlockwise) or to set an iteration dependence (clockwise).
For notes at the same time (horizontal) position, if they have the same probability number, they'll always either all play together, or all not play - so you could have a whole chord which either all plays, or all doesn't play.
Or, if the probabilities of multiple notes at the same time (horizontal) position add up to 100, then always exactly just one of them will play. So you could have one note in your sequence randomly play one of several different pitches every time. (Don't make any of the notes' probabilities the same as each other, otherwise the previous paragraph's logic will apply.)
Notes' triggering maybe dependent on earlier notes' being triggered. Let's say you've set a note's probability at 70%. If you make another note at a different time-position and set its probability to 70% also, you'll notice that you're offered an additional option a 70 with a dot (.) after it. This means "play me only if the previous 70% note was successfully triggered". Or, there will also be an option of 30% with a dot after it, which in this case will mean "play me only if the previous 70% note was *not* triggered". (30% being 100% minus 70%.)
As a shortcut to automatically set up the above for you, you can hold multiple notes simultaneously (even at different time-positions) and turn the knob to set them to always play together.
** Copy / paste **
Holding the learn button and pressing down on the <> knob copies the current track view.
Additionally holding down the shift button will instead paste onto the current track view.
Note - we've seen your feedback regarding concern that these press combinations might be too inconvenient. We are open to further feedback once people have had a play - the shortcuts currently are not necessary final.
You can copy and paste between different tracks or even song files. The bit which is copied and pasted is the horizontal "length" of your view, or the time-region that your view makes up. But this also will include notes which are "offscreen" above or below what you can see, because these are in the same time-region.
Your vertical scroll position is taken into account. You could "transpose" something by copying it, scrolling up or down, then pasting it.
You can even change your zoom level between copying and pasting - if your zoom level is different when you paste, the notes are stretched out or squeezed in to fill the view you're on.
Only notes are copied - not automation data, because it's expected that often you will be copying between tracks with completely different sounds / parameters anyway.
** Soloing tracks **
Hold down the <> knob and press a track's "launch" pad in song view to arm it for soloing. The pad will turn blue when the track solos. You can solo as many tracks as you like together. Or instead of arming-to-solo, you can instantly solo tracks by additionally holding down the shift button.
You can un-solo a track by simply pressing its "launch" pad.
** Sending multiple MIDI tracks to same output MIDI channel **
Once you have a track assigned to a MIDI output channel, e.g. channel 2, if you then try to set another track to MIDI output channel 2, you will instead be offered 2A. Do it again, and you'll be offered 2B, and so on. These tracks with the same channel number but a different suffix may play simultaneously and will send on the same MIDI channel - 2, in this case.
Please note that songs saved with this firmware version then won't be readable with versions prior to V1.3.1

Ich würde mit der 1.4 bis zum RC warten. Anscheinend gibt es noch einige Bugs mit dem MIDI und RAM-Management.
Was mir inzwischen aufgefallen ist: Alle Features des Deluge sind mMn mehr auf Komposition ausgelegt, bis auf den Song Mode. Die Sache mit sections und launchen etc. ist zwar cool für live, aber was mir zunehmend wirklich fehlt ist ein Arranger. Es gibt dazu schon ein Userkonzept im Forum: http://forums.synthstrom.com/discussion/194/song-mode-sections-palette-to-draw-on-the-grid

ich wehre mich hiermit wehement gegen die Verweiblichung technischer Geräte ! Wer denkt sich so was immer aus.
Mein Deluge ist ein "dem Deluge" oder "der Deluge".. sicherlich nicht die Deluge. Auch wenn es die Sintflut wäre. Aber das iss mir wurst
Der Micron .. der Minilogue .. die Bassstation ( ja da hört sich ausnahmsweise mal gut an ) , der Push, der Deluge
Das ist aber auch in anderen Themengebieten sehr beliebt. In Android foren zb: die ROM .. das tut mir weh!
Ebenso möchte ich generell davon absehen in der Presse jegliche elektronische Musik mit dem Titel "Elektro" gleichzustellen.
Aber ich freue mich dem darauf die neue Firmware in dem Deluge in den Elektro Flash zu brennen.

- Probability - have changed it so that for the function where having multiple notes at the same time-position with probabilities summing to 100, you're now allowed to have some of the notes' probabilities be the same and have this function still work. This is in response to the users who noted the "25/35/40" problem - you could now do "35/35/30"
- Scrolling filenames now scroll slightly slower from left to right, and then snap quickly back to the start. You can also manually scroll them with the <> knob
- Fixed crash if you eject and re-insert the SD card after resampling
- Using the track "multiply" function could make the Deluge unresponsive
- Soloing a track could cause MIDI output notes to hang
- Cloning a MIDI track with one of the new channel "suffixes", the suffix didn't copy
- A "DOWN" arpeggiator could cut out in some cases
- You couldn't cancel the arming of a section
- Adding notes with cross-screen edit, they could end up extremely short in some cases

- MIDI thru no longer sends duplicate messages when an incoming channel is also being echoed through a track
- The Deluge's smart function which detects and ignores if its MIDI clock output is being echoed into its input, now also works for the <> + play shortcut
- Zoom level didn't display after track multiply
- File browser text-scrolling only worked after turning the select knob
- Removed unnecessary "OFF" option for the swing interval setting in the settings menu

..wie ist das denn mittlerweile mit den ganzen shortcuts? Durch die updates gibt es ja mehr und mehr funktionen..sind die deluges mit dem printed shortcuts dadurch noch aktuell? Überlege immer noch zuzugreifen, da macht wohl die variante ohne Aufdruck am.meisten sinn..
