ehm ja,bis man dann anfängt einen Song auch mal arrangieren zu wollen.Ich mag die One ja aber dieser Aspekt ist für mich(!) 90er Jahre Fubar und wird der gebotenen Hardware (Display!!) überhaupt nicht gerecht.Auch den Mixer der Force können sie gern in die MPCs einbauen.

das stimmt so schon nicht ganz. die KEY hat eine ausgeprägtere bedienoberfläche mit mehr knöpfen (wäre für mich wichtig), mehr i/o, mehr ram, evtl. bessere wandler, und die ganzen neuen plug-ins werden vielleicht gar nicht für die mpc erhältlich sein, oder wenn sogar evtl. nur käuflich erwerbbar.

generell kann man bei akai aber immer so 1 jahr warten und dann ist das alles wieder billiger erhältlich.

die mpc x kostete bei markteinführung ca. 2200.– und nun ca. 1650.– (CHF).

mich interessiert eher, ob der prozessor der gleiche ist, einfach in der ausführung mit mehr ram, oder ob es ein nachfolger modell ist mit mehr ram + besserer cpu.

vor allem nimmt mich wunder, wie die neuen plug-ins klingen. die neuen air effekte haben sich in der qualität schon sehr gebessert, die synths finde ich leider alle nicht so toll.

Da hat man schon dieses riesen Touch Display aber arrangiert wird nicht graphisch sondern“malen nach Zahlen“.Ja,ich weiss.Das ist halt der alte MPC Workflow und den darf man eingefleischten Fans ja auch auf keinen Fall weg nehmen.Persönlich isser mir für heutige Verhältnisse aber zu masochistisch.Und ich bezweifel,dass man mit dieser Art des arrangierens neue Zielgruppen begeistern kann (die man ja mit der Keys Version offensichtlich im visier hat).

Ist das der Fall könnten "Plugins" kommen die nur da drauf laufen.

Das Gerät ist sonst kein Fortschritt. Wie schon von Martin erwähnt: Eine MPC One. Also sehr gut und schnell bedienbar bis es zum Arrangement kommt. Dann ist man eigentlich gezwungen auf die DAW zu wechseln. Oder zur Force. (Oder zur Maschine+ !).

Ja, wurde mir auch offiziell auf der Superbooth bestätigt. Dazu gab es auch den interessanten Hinweis, dass die Force ja aktuell kein Pendant auf dem PC/MAC hat.
Was das jetzt aber konkret heißt und wie schnell das geht wird sich zeigen...

Die Preisdiskussion kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen, da es aktuell das einzige Samplerkeyboard auf dem Markt ist (sein wird). Für vergleichbare Leistung muss man zu den großen Workstations von Korg, Yamaha und Roland greifen die das doppelte kosten (und unglaublich schwer sind). Fantom-0 hat gerade mal 256MB. MODX ist eine grausige Plastikkiste.

Zum Argument lieber MPC One + separates Keyboard: das ist natürlich Geschmacksache aber eine integrierte Lösung finde ich da immer ergonomischer. Und großes Lob an Akai, dass das Netzteil eingebaut ist!

Es wird halt dann eine andere Zielgruppe. Für 1400 Euro hätte ich es mir überlegt, für 1900 Euro nicht mehr. Klar, immer noch besser als Roland für den 3x Preis, aber das würde ich mir halt auch nie kaufen und ob man die Roland und Elektron-Fanboys überzeugen kann, bin ich mir nicht sicher.

Ich wünsche denen natürlich Erfolg,dürfte sich ja nur positiv auf die Zukunft der normalen MPC Linie auswirken.Da sie den Force Arranger nichtmal in ihre „Workbox“ einbauen (das wäre ja hier wirklich schon sehr sinnvoll gewesen imo) lässt mich leider daran zweifeln,den nochmal auf ner normalen MPC zu sehen.Aber den FM Synth nehm ich gern.

Ich finde,dass sie sich damit sehr wohl und bestimmt auch sehr gern im Workstation Lager platzieren möchten.Siehe jetzt die neuen Instrumente,von denen gleich mehrere Piano sind.Das richtet sich wohl kaum an den klassischen MPCler

Und wenn das Konzept (mit Preset Schleuderbrowser ala NI) hier nicht Workstation ruft,was denn dann?Macht der Einbau von MPC pads sie schon nicht mehr dazu?

Vielleicht habem wir aber auch eine andere Definition von Workstation.

Übrigens wird bei dem Layout eine 49er Version schwierig. So wie ich Akai aber kenne wird es später wohl eine Low-Cost-Variante geben. Vielleicht mit Minikeys.

Sie werden das schon durchkalkuliert haben. Je kleiner die Zielgruppe umso höher der Preis. Für 1200 Euro würde es sich wahrscheinlich wie warme Semmeln verkaufen, für 1900 Euro deutlich weniger, aber die Marge ist natürlich deutlich größer.
