Sam Carswell:
Hi Kalle! To answer your friend's questions:
1) The Deluge only duplicates pages at the moment.
2) Nudging on the Deluge works in relation to a MIDI clock. So, if your friend is running the Deluge synced to something via MIDI, then the Deluge's whole playback (or outgoing sync messages) can be nudged forward and backward by 96th notes (1 MIDI clock message). However, if your friend is referring to nudging individual MIDI notes in order to 'unquantize' them, then I'm afraid that isn't possible at the moment.
There's more info about nudging on page 42 of the manual, if you're curious.
3) It scrolls per page. There's no page indication at the moment, but it's a popular feature request.
4) I guess any question about emulation is kinda subjective, but personally, I can get some nice reverb-like sounds out of the shorter delay settings. I don't know what the group's consensus is, though haha
5) Yes, you absolutely can. As well as EQ,on top of both of those

sam - now i would like some clarification, it can only duplicate single pages, or just the double duplicate? (shift + <>knob) ? Thanks

Sam Carswell Ahhh, thanks for pointing this out Ron! My answer was a bit confusing. Gonna tag Kalle in this to clarify. Maybe referring to pages is a bit vague because a 'page' can be essentially any division you like.
The multiply feature on the Deluge takes your existing sequence and then doubles it, placing the double at the end of the current sequence. You start out with a 'page' and then you can duplicate that for two 'pages', though duplicating again will give you four 'pages', and again will give you 8 etc etc... (So yeah, the double duplicate - as in it doubles whatever you've got)
