Auf ebay werden diverse Samplepakete von klassischen Sample CD's der frühen 90er, die es leider nicht mehr gibt, und falls man die CD'S findet, diese zu Sammlerwerte angeboten werden im .wav Format als Download angeboten. Hat jemand damit schonmal Erfahrungen gemacht?

Halte ich für Blödsinn. Die original Sample CDs waren immer für AKAI oder E-MU oder Roland und das waren in der Regel richtige Patches wie in einem Roland Rompler. D.h. sie waren geloopt, mit Hüllkurven und evtl. sogar Filter Einstellungen. Teilweise auch Multisamples, also gut spielbar auf der Tastatur. Die reinen Samples sind meistens wenig magisch, da kann man sich auch aktuelle kostenlose und legale Sample librarys runterladen.
Und es ist davon auszugehen daß die Anbieter dabei nicht legal handeln.
Schick mal links zu solchen Angeboten, ich denke ich kann das recht gut einschätzen.

Es gab auch so einiges an Audio Cds. Beispielsweise das Zeug von Masterbits (wo ich mal eine handbeschriftete CD Rom für lau bekommen hab, wohl weil das Original grad nicht auffindbar war ).

Naja, eigentlich fing es ja u.a. kurzfristig mit Disketten an (z.B. Ueberschall für Akai S1000) und dann ging es mit Audio-CD`s los.
Hab auch noch irgendwo die Anno 1990 "Boom,Zack,Gosh,Yeah,Uuh" Vocal-CD und Beats von der CR-78 rumliegen...ich weiß nur nicht mehr, ob das auch von Ueberschall war ?
