Sounds of Jericho proudly presents 'Block Print', the latest EP by the producer and DJ duo Køps. Steeped in texture, this EP contains four tracks that will satisfy your sweet-tooths.
Køps effortlessly traverse nostalgia, melancholy and euphoria with ease. These are practiced hands of their craft, like artists creating intricate wood panel prints.
The title track 'Block Print' begins with intricate melodies evoking the delicate beauty of a pearl necklace. Its bubbling, resonating sounds create an uplifting atmosphere that feels both intimate and expansive.
Next, 'Flummie' drifts in as a gentle piece, stirring emotions with a melancholic undercurrent, yet swirling gracefully back into orbit with a playful, swinging rhythm.
