Hallo, ich hab mal ne Frage dazu. Nutzt das jemand hier, vielleicht sogar für die Untermalung kommerzieller Film- und Videoprojekte?

Was ich verstehe:
- Ich darf Arcade für die kommerzielle Videoproduktion nutzen
- Ich muss sobald mein Abo beendet ist dafür sorgen dass nirgendswo mehr die von mir benutzten Sounds auftauchen, sondern das alles zerstören

Kann das sein? Weil wenn ich Sounds oder Musik für kommerzielle Projekte herstelle, was weiß ich Film-und Fernsehdokus, Kinofilme, Imagefilme für Unternehmen, dann habe ich ja gar nicht die Möglichkeit im Nachhinein das Ganze ungeschehen zu machen. Ich kann mir aber auch nicht vorstellen das ich dann das Abo ewig laufen lassen muss nur um zu garantieren dass alles legal ist?

Hat jemand hier Erfahrungen damit und kann mich aufklären? oder ist jemand super gut darin das alles zu verstehen und kann mich aufklären?

Ich glaube, das gilt nur wenn die Lizenz "terminated" wird aus den genannten Gründen.

"The license is terminated if you break any of the terms or conditions of this agreement."

Dort steht auch dass Du alte Sessions weiterhin öffnen kannst, auch ohne subscription, aber nichts mehr editieren.

If you cancel your subscription you will be logged out and will not be able to log in again until you re-subscribe. Arcade will still play any MIDI data sent to it, and old sessions will sound exactly as they did when you made them.
Without an active subscription you will not be able to access the interface or make any new tweaks to the work you've done with ARCADE.
