Der russische ANS Synthesizer bringt eine Art optische Synthese.Ähnlich wie Metasynth schaut er sich Bilder an und baut daraus Klänge – das ist ein sehr ausladendes Gerät – 20 Photozellen schauen sich das Bild an, offenbar wie bei einem (Flachbett)Scanner.
