Scat Talker – Synthetic Sound Labs – Speech Synthesis / Sprachsynthese

In den 80ern hatte ich mal einen kleinen Sprachsynthesizer für Sinclair Rechenmaschinen, die durch Eingabe von Phonemen eine ziemlich gut verständliche aber natürlich Englische Sprache ausgeben konnten, hier ist das nun als Modul zu haben – Die Wahl erfolgt durch CV in einem 5HE Modul.

this is how it sounds on my ZX Spectrum and ZX81 with one of those speech synthesizers – was a lot of fun. it was easy to program since it just needed phonems to be sent to it – in this case English sets (64) – these can be selected via CV or by hand (phoneme) and of course changed. so here’s the daisy-thing for daisy people
