add some electronics to any simple flute and recorders (incl. chinese cheap ones, like this) and get another controller for your synths. well, it’s somewhere between, no CV/Gate right? here’s the „how to“: Electric Flute   they are using a special board called ProtoPlus – it uses piezos as sensors. and micro switches – so it’s no magic in it.
