Facebook & Google and no free choice of stage names – skinny puppy leaves?

Facebook just locked up cEvin Key of Skinny Puppy and forced him to change over to his original name.

same situation with me on google plus –
I sent in a passport that has the stage name in it.

SO – we should tell em – there is a 32000 people petition..
-> so there is something that tries to help with our probem – I signed this

in Fact we could leave FB and G+, I already did that on g+ ..
btw: Mr Key worked under that name fpr 34 years, so it should be enough for them to accept it, right?

Klarnahmenzwang bei Facebook nimmt alberne Zustände an. Musiker und andere Künstler werden genötigt ihren bürgerlichen Namen zu nutzen, dabei hat jede Katze einen eigenen Account. Und ja – man könnte als Alternative ganz weg gehen – dort?

going back to post everything on the blog or website instead and just sending a link the FB way – so every1 knows where to find us/me/the info..

ok – ich habe mal drüber nachgedacht – es ist sinnvoll sämtliche Inhalte auf dem Blog zu generieren inkl Bilder – das ist erstens besser für alle zugänglich und FB macht nicht so abhängig.
