Musikmesse Impressions (iPhone -lo quality) – it’s all quite like announced. But there have been 2-3 things that are nice, small things.. Nord Lead 4 (digital, successor of the NL3), Korg Volca Beat series (all analog / MS filters), Novation Bass Station II Analog Synth, Jomox Drum Modules, EOWave – complete new modular system (!), MFB Dominion 1 & MFB Tanzbär (Tr808 style) Drummachine with Roll-Function and 16 Patterns in Chain (!), Buchla Distribution (Vertrieb in EU): Schneidersbüro / – heißt ja jetzt Alex4 inkl Reparatur und Music Easel im Programm. …take some time to load all images ;) _…

there have been quite a lot of interesting things at NAMM, see all the 2-3 pages of news – here’s a new Apple-Keyboard-kind of MINI USB Keyboard from CME with polyphonic Aftertouch and Dynamics for $99 .. also Behringer got a range of Mixers that also work as an audio interface in 4 sizes – as a small 19″ rack, a bigger one like the Yamaha 01V96 and the 2 X32 mixers with OLED displays for track names and full knob control – they are all iPad controllable as well…

NAMM also brought a lot of new modules by WMD, Makenoise and EOwave (see the image above) others.. and – Buchla showed off their Music Easel under the Electronic Music Box name. As you know nothing is for free at Buchla, it comes at $4k – but I always loved it. this images is from Synthtopia src: Forum • Namm 2013. all in all this NAMM brought a lot of really cool stuff .. even analog synths and the big surprise, the re-release of the analog MS20, that Prophet 12…

Some Impressions from Bocholt, Germany, the dinosaur synthesizer meeting.. thanks a lot to citric acid and Mickey for simply doing it and the nice people at the Molkerei! sehr liebevoll ausgerichtetes kleines Festivälchen für Nerds und Nerdgebliebene, also wer irgendwie Synthesizer mag, war hier! Mehr dazu im Forum -> 17.11.2012 Dinotreffen 2 incl. DIY Lötworkshop etc
